Some Common Questions We Get
General Questions
Do I need to have all my content ready before we start?
No, we’ll just need your core business information to get started. That includes your logo, services or products (with brief descriptions), images, and information for your “About” section (optional).
We don’t need every single detail to start, but the sooner you can send everything over, the faster we can finish your site. If you’re missing anything or need help, we can find options, write copy, or offer suggestions.
Just click “Let’s Get In Touch”, fill out the quick form, and we get on a free call to get you started!

What happens if I just need a redesign to an existing website?
If you already have a website and only need a redesign, we can absolutely work with what you have. We’ll go over your current site with you to understand what’s working and what isn’t. From there, we redesign it with a cleaner layout, updated visuals, and improved functionality. Your existing content can be reused or refreshed, so the final result feels like a modern, updated version of your site without starting completely from scratch.
Once the design direction is set, there are two options:
1. Rebuild your site in WordPress using Elementor (recommended). This gives you the most flexibility and long-term control. We’ll build the improved version of your site in WordPress and then either move it to your hosting or help you switch your DNS to point to our hosting.
2. Update your site on its current platform. If you prefer to stay on your current platform, we can work within it, whether it’s Squarespace, Wix, or Shopify. This is a good option for smaller updates or situations where switching platforms isn’t necessary. No matter which option you choose, the goal is the same: a cleaner, more modern website that better fits your business.

Functionality and Design
Do you offer advanced features like e-commerce, bookings, forms, memberships, integrations, or analytics?
Yes, we’re able to add advanced features like these to your website. And if there’s a specific feature your business is looking for, we can get on a call and go over the details to find the best way to make it work for your site. ust click “Let’s Get In Touch”, fill out the quick form, and we get on a free call to see what functionality your business needs!
Can you help with branding and design, including colors, imagery, logos, and layout styles?
Absolutely! We can help with the branding side of your website. This includes the colors, images, and layout styles that go with your business.
If you already have branding, we’ll match it. If you don’t, we can help you figure out a look and feel that fits your business, so don’t let that hold you up.
Hosting & Domains
Do you offer hosting services for websites and emails?
Do you provide or manage domain names?
No, we don’t provide domain names, because we want you to have full control over your business. Owning your domain is a major part of that, since your domain can point to any host you choose and therefore any website you choose.
That said, we don’t just leave you to figure it out all on your own. If you need help buying a domain or updating DNS settings later on, we can get on a call and walk through the process together.
Process and Communication
What does your website-building process look like?
1. Discovery Call We start with a quick call so you can share more about your business and go over your goals, what you need, and any ideas you already have for the site.
2. Functionality & Page Planning Once we understand your business’s needs, we map out the pages, features, and structure of the website so everything has a clear plan.
3. Create Demo Pages Next, we design demo pages that show the layout, sections, and overall style while keeping functionality in mind. This gives you a clear preview of the site’s look before anything is built, and it’s where most revisions happen since it’s easy to adjust at this stage.
4. Turn Demos into Website Pages After approval, we take the demo designs and rebuild them as real website pages inside a website-building platform (WordPress is our default).
5. Add Content & Make Revisions Your text, images, and business details are added in place of the placeholders from the demo designs. Then we go through another round of revisions to make sure everything looks and feels right.
6. Website Testing Before the site goes live, we test everything from responsiveness to speed, links, forms, content accuracy, and overall functionality to make sure it all works smoothly.
7. Launch. Once everything checks out, we launch the site and make it live for your business and customers.

How involved will I be, and how do you communicate during the project?
Your involvement is completely based on your preference. Some people prefer us to walk through the process step-by-step, get regular updates, and give input along the way. Others would rather stay more hands-off and let us handle the work, checking in only during the major steps.
As for communication, we keep our availability flexible and get back to you as quickly as possible. We know how frustrating it is when you can’t get a hold of someone, and we never want you to feel that way. The best way to reach us is by text or email, and we’ll always do our best to respond as soon as we can.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We can offer payment plans to anyone who requests it. Instead of splitting the cost into two large payments, we can break it into smaller ones and spread them out over a time period that makes sense for you.
After the Website is Done
Do you offer maintenance or updates after the project is finished
Yes! We offer two types of maintenance.
The first is basic site maintenance, which includes things like plugin updates and fixing any bugs that result.
The second covers more advanced updates, such as adjusting layouts, adding new images, or creating new pages. We handle these as separate projects at our billable rate. This way, you only pay for the work you actually need, and no one has to outline or guess every update ahead of time.
Do I get training on how to manage the site after it’s done?
Yes, training is included, but the amount of training depends on the size of your project.
Can I move my site to a different host in the future?
